Dr. Seyed Amir Asghari

Dr. Asghari entered Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) in 2003 and, through the distinguished-student track, continued to his master's and doctoral studies there, completing his PhD in 2013. He spent a research visit at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul, in 2012.

From 2014 to 2025 he was an associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at Kharazmi University, where he served as department head, research deputy of the Faculty of Engineering, director of the university CERT and director of the Science and Technology Campus, and was repeatedly recognised as a distinguished lecturer and top industry-collaboration investigator. He joined the University of Tehran in 2025.
